I beleive it works as advertised. My primary use for a product like this is to move printers off of a print server and put them on client computers so I can eliminate a few print servers.

Probably works on NT servers Tried this utility on our clustered print server on a Windows 2003 Server SAN system, but it simply failed to work for deleting a stalled job in a printer queue. We have about 200 printers hosted on this server, and every now and then, a job gets stuck and cannot be deleted. I tried this utility, but it did not work. It was apparently developed and released when Windows NT 4.0 server was getting popular, but now that windows 2000 and 2003 (and in February, Windows 2008 Server will be released), it probably needs a major update.We solved our problem by using the Cluster Administrator ...
